Seminars and advanced training

Advanced training in specific aspects of the writing of TLIO entries for the OVI collaborators at the University of Notre Dame (Italian Studies Program, coordinator Demetrio S. Yocum). Training activities take place both in videoconference, and at the OVI Institute for two weeks during the summer (OVI Summer Internships for Students).

 

A series of video conference seminars focusing on aspects of early Italian philology, historical linguistics, and literature, coordinated by Demetrio S. Yocum, in collaboration with Paolo Squillacioti. The seminars are led by scholars at the OVI, or invited by the OVI, and scholars at the University of Notre Dame, or invited by Notre Dame. Participants are connected via Zoom from several locations, including Florence, Notre Dame, Notre Dame’s Rome Global Gateway, and from various other locations worldwide.
