DARIAH-ERIC

DIGITAL RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE ARTS AND HUMANITIES

DARIAH is the main European research infrastructure (ESFRI Landmark) in the field of Social and Cultural Innovation for the application of information technology to the social sciences and humanities.
The CNR through OVI coordinates the activities of the italian  node  of  DARIAH-ERIC. 
DARIAH.it participates in various projects at national and international level in the field of Infrastructures and Digital Humanities:

Developing nAtional and Regional Infrastructural nodes of dAriaH in ITaly  PON Ricerca e Innovazione 2014-2020) [2018-2021]

In 2​019 theMinistry of Public Education (MIUR) funded a development plan coordinated by CNR through a PON project of the same name  DARIAH.it: Developing nAtional and Regional Infrastructural nodes of dAriaH in ITaly (3 + 10 year duration) devoted to the enhancement of the technological component of the infrastructure through 6 data centers located in Central and Southern regions. The project also aims at employee empowerment (4 year duration).
