The BTV is intricately linked with two key
resources: the Bibliografia dei Volgarizzamenti (BdV) within the OVI Corpus and
the Bibliografia dei Commenti Danteschi (BCD) integral to the forthcoming CoDa Corpus. Functioning autonomously, the CoDa Corpus also acts as a source for the VD.
The Bibliografia dei Volgarizzamenti (BdV),
overseen by Elena Artale, meticulously documents translations from Latin and
lateral translations from various Romance languages, constituting a vital
component of the OVI Corpus of early Italian since 2014. Originating within the TLIO framework, this resource, initially introduced by Andrea Boccellari in
December 2014, has evolved with the current version integrated into Pluto by
Salvatore Arcidiacono in May 2023, offering an invaluable tool for scholars.
The Bibliografia dei
Commenti Danteschi (BCD) serves as a crucial resource for the implementation of
the CoDa Corpus, a focal point of the PRIN 2022 project led by Vittorio Celotto
at the University of Naples "Federico II" and coordinated at the OVI
by Zeno Verlato with the collaboration of Rossella Mosti. Encompassing commentaries
on Dante's Comedy within the existing OVI Corpus, the BCD's ultimate goal is to
comprehensively incorporate all vernacular and Latin commentaries on the Comedy, extending up to Cristoforo Landino's contributions
